Travel News Asia Latest Travel News Podcasts Videos Thursday, 28 July 2011

Air Pacific, the national carrier of Fiji, has implemented the Amadeus Altéa Customer Management Solution.

The Altéa Suite will enable the airline to offer streamlined reservations, inventory and departure control processes.

The system is used at all of the airline’s reservations / ticketing and sales agent offices and at airport locations across the airline’s network.

The Altéa Suite also enables Air Pacific to integrate effectively with Qantas Airways, its part owner and a major interline partner.

Dave Pflieger, CEO, Air Pacific said, “The Altéa Suite is fully customisable to meet our specific needs. This is critical as Air Pacific operates in a number of diverse market segments, including long haul routes to North America and Asia, and short haul services to Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. We look forward to continuing our partnership with Amadeus and benefitting from their ongoing expertise and support.”
