Travel News Asia Latest Travel News Podcasts Videos Thursday, 28 April 2011

Finnair is to add five flights per week to Hong Kong, increasing the number of flights to 12 per week during the summer traffic programme between 30 May and 9 October 2011.

The additional flights to Hong Kong will start the same time as the airline launches daily flights to Singapore, on 30 May 2011.

Finnair operates a total of 74 flights per week to Asia. Singapore will be Finnair’s tenth scheduled flight destination in Asia.

“Our Asian strategy is working well – the addition of the flights and the new Singapore route reflects the continual growth of via-travel directed towards Asia,” said Finnair’s Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing Mika Perho.
