Mystic Spa, a chain of lifestyle spas, is planning to expand from its current network of 6 spas to 150 spas in the next five years.

This growth will be propelled by Mystic Spa’s strategy of exploring the franchise model to expand its brand presence pan India. The spa chain is promoted by Mystic Cures Limited.

Siddharth Shankar, Founder and Director of Mystic Spa, said, “This year itself, we are targeting to have as many as 20 spas in Delhi NCR to consolidate our presence, after which we will be branching out to other parts of the country.”

Mystic Spa currently manages six branded lifestyle spa properties in Delhi NCR through franchisee as well as company-owned operations.

“With the Indian spa industry growing at an annual rate of 20% over the last few years, the spa business is attracting investors, developers, consultants and suppliers like never before. Coupling our rich experience with the power of the franchise business model, Mystic Spa is poised to make spa a lifestyle choice,” Siddharth added.

In line with its planned expansion, Mystic Spa has introduced a revised menu. The new hand-picked menu includes an assortment of international rituals, ayurvedic rituals, express rituals, scrubs, wraps, spa facials, hand and feet, packages and memberships.

Mr. Shankar explained, “Till now, we were managing only a handful of spa properties, and tried to include everything that a spa and salon could possibly offer. As we now grow into a larger presence, we think we have a much better pulse of what the consumer really wants, and we are now focusing on delivering those services with an unsurpassed quality. This will help us live up to our brand promise no matter which Mystic Spa outlet you visit, and no matter how large we grow.”
