Wyndham has opened the 344-room Ramada Beijing North.

The hotel is located close to the Chinese Government’s planned second High Tech Zone and is owned by Beijing Changxin Huilongyuan Villas.

“China is a key strategic growth area for us in the Asia Pacific region, so we’re delighted to open this new Ramada in such a high profile business area in the country’s capital of Beijing,” said Ken Greene, president and managing director of Wyndham Hotel Group in Asia Pacific. “This new property will help further strengthen the presence of the Ramada brand in China.”

The nine-floor property features 344 rooms including 28 suites.

Amenities include extensive meeting space and business center. Other features include an all-day dining restaurant, a contemporary cocktail bar, a gift shop as well as a fitness center and Oriental Spa so that guests can relax and unwind after a busy day.

As well as its proximity to the upcoming second High Tech Zone in Beijing North, the hotel is located just 30 minutes from Beijing Capital Airport and popular tourist attractions, including the Badaling Great Wall, Summer Palace and Ming Tomb.
