Alan Porteous Appointed GM of U Paasha Seminyak Bali

Alan Porteous has been appointed as the new general manager of the U Paasha Seminyak Bali.

A native of Australia, Mr. Porteous joins the hotel with over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Over the years, he rose up the ranks to become general manager of several premium resorts including Iririki Island Resort, Vanuatu, The Rarotongan Beach Resort & Spa, Cook Islands, Mobys Beachside Retreat, Boomerang Beach and Peppers Balé Resort, Port Douglas.

Prior to joining U Paasha Seminyak Bali as general manager, he owned A Tropical Nite in Port Douglas QLD which he bought in 2008, used his extensive experience to quickly turn the business around and present it to the market for resale enabling him to move back into the management role.

U Paasha Seminyak Bali is located in a prime location of Seminyak where night life and beach life are close by.

U’s appealing concept of service includes a 24-hour room, which will allow guests to enjoy their room for 24 hours from arrival, as well as breakfast whenever/wherever during the stay, international and local calls at cost, pre-select amenities such as pillow, tea, music and soap that guests can select from the online U Choose programme and more.
