St Giles Hotels of London has engaged Pegasus Solutions’ Open Hospitality service as its provider of internet reservation services for both the St Giles Hotel in Central London and St Giles Hotel Heathrow.

Open Hospitality also designed the websites for St Giles New York – The Tuscany and St Giles New York – The Court.

St Giles’ 705-room Central London property is arguably one of the most centrally located hotels in the west end of London, while its sister Heathrow property offers 303 rooms just south of Heathrow.

“We were impressed by the clean lines and disciplined booking engine services Open Hospitality provided to our New York hotels,” said Anit Popat, group director of sales and marketing for the St Giles Hotel Group. “Open Hospitality brought a consumer focus and emphasis that, while presenting value and visual appeal, never sacrificed speed or ease of use.”

Open Hospitality will also create new mobile websites for both St Giles Hotels of London, and introduce social media reservation services to ensure the hotels are positioned to capture bookings at all potential points of guest contact.

“The St Giles Hotel Group shares our vision for optimizing each guest’s booking experience,” said David Millili, chief executive officer of Open Hospitality and chief web officer of Pegasus Solutions. “We believe our clients’ hotels should be available wherever their guests want to find them: on desktops, on mobile devices including all smartphone and tablets, as well in social media outlets. St Giles has realized this in New York, and now will bring the same business-generating tools to their London properties.”
