Maybourne Hotel Group Appoints Natalie Kjellstrom as DOS Worldwide

Maybourne Hotel Group, which owns and manages Claridge’s, The Connaught and The Berkeley in London, has appointed Natalie Kjellstrom as Director of Sales Worldwide.

Natalie brings a wealth of knowledge to the position, with her previous role as Director of Sales for the Middle East, Asia and Americas for Maybourne Hotel Group and numerous years of experience in the hospitality industry.

As Director of Sales Worldwide for Maybourne Hotel Group, Natalie is in charge of overseeing global sales for the hotel company and further solidifying Claridge’s, The Connaught and The Berkeley as some of the world’s premier hotels.

With diverse global experience with hotels and resorts spanning the United States, Europe, Asia and Middle East, Natalie consistently exceeded her annual revenue goals in several of her previous positions.

Previously, Natalie served as Director of Sales for the Middle East, Asia and Americas for Maybourne Hotel Group, a position she has held since 2009. During her time in that position, she created new systems and procedures for tracking accounts and recording performance management, increasing the sales efficiency for the group. She also enhanced Maybourne Hotel Group’s business in the Middle East significantly and was responsible for managing the sales team for the Middle East, Asia and the Americas.

As a natural leader, Natalie’s past experience includes working with Four Seasons, where she was able to establish strong relationships throughout the Americas and Middle East. Natalie’s knowledge of various marketplaces will be a strong asset as she takes on her new global position with Maybourne Hotel Group.

A graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, MA, Natalie earned her BS in Communications.
