New Revenue Generation Team @ Pegasus Solutions

Pegasus Solutions has promoted various members of its global team to manage its customers’ growth across all product lines.

In the Americas, John Owens has been named senior vice president, global sales; Denise Mori has been promoted to vice president, revenue generation management; and Quentin Moores has been promoted to regional director, Americas.

Yoshinori Nishihara has been named regional director for Asia Pacific (ASPAC), while Brian Dowd has also been promoted to regional director, Europe-Middle East-Africa (EMEA) and ASPAC.

“We’ve structured our revenue generation team to provide our customers with more focus through specialization as the company grows,” said Mike Kistner, chief executive officer of Pegasus Solutions. “This realignment of our top sales talent, under the direction of executive vice president of revenue generation Tom Gallagher, dedicates a portion of our global team to existing accounts as revenue generation managers, and another to accommodating customer acquisition across all product lines.”

In his new position, John Owens and his team will be responsible for new sales for independent hotels and small hotel groups. Connie Rheams, existing senior vice president, strategic sales, will drive new sales to all other chains, while Hubert Tupay, the current vice president of distribution sales will help expand Pegasus’ prolific distribution channels globally.

Elaine Kennedy has rejoined Pegasus as vice president, Utell demand sales to drive hotel demand for Utell members. Monica French, senior vice president, revenue generation management will assume responsibility for revenue generation for all customers across Pegasus’ distribution, reservations, financial services and representation service lines.
