Lim Boon Kwee Appointed SVP Asia @ Millennium & Copthorne

Millennium & Copthorne has appointed Mr Lim Boon Kwee as its Senior Vice-President for Asia.

Mr Lim has a wealth of experience spanning more than 25 years in the hospitality industry, managing luxury hotels in both the United States and Asian markets. Prior to joining MCIL, he was with the New World Hospitality Group in Shanghai, China.

 Mr Lim’s experience includes managing hotels for renowned hospitality chains such as Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts, InterContinental Hotels Group, Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Sedona Hotels & Resorts.

Mr Lim was also instrumental in the opening of various iconic properties such as Raffles Hotel, Singapore, The Westin Stamford & Westin Plaza, Singapore and Shangri-La Hotel Ningbo.

Mr Lim, who graduated with an MBA from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Singapore, is an Honours graduate from the University of Denver in Business Administration.
