Etihad Airways this week relaunched its sales office in Doha, with upgraded facilities and a modernised look to further strengthen its presence in the Qatari capital.

Peter Baumgartner, Etihad’s Chief Commercial Officer, said, “The modern, state-of-the-art facilities will provide customers with personal service and everything they need to book flights and holidays, as well as learn more about our award-winning products and services and our expanding route network around the world.”

The new office features a bespoke interior design, including five separate booking counters, and is serviced by a dedicated team of 17 specialists, including an experienced sales team.

“Since commencing operations to Doha in June 2006 with four flights per week, we have quickly grown to four flights per day, featuring both our award winning Economy and Business class inspired service,” added Mr Baumgartner. “With the recent opening of Ferrari World on Abu Dhabi’s Yas Island and the many world-leading cultural and tourist attractions coming online in the next few years, coupled with Qatar’s spectacular win to host the 2022 FIFA World Cup Games, the future for traffic and business in the region is unprecedented.”
