Juliana Kfouri Joins Etihad as SVP Corporate Strategy and Special Projects

Etihad Airways has appointed Juliana Kfouri as its Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Special Projects.

Based in Etihads head office in Abu Dhabi, Mrs Kfouri will lead the corporate strategy team working closely with Etihads senior management to further align Etihads corporate strategy with its business plans and management processes.

Juliana brings strong industry experience to Etihad, gained predominantly with market-leading companies in South America, said James Hogan, Etihad Airways Chief Executive Officer. Her extensive experience in aviation business strategy will be pivotal to Etihads next stage of its business development, including strengthening the airlines alignment to its strategic objectives.

Ms Kfouri joins Etihad from TAM Linhas Areas S.A. where she held the positions of Chief Information Officer and Director of Information Technology, Processes and Projects. Prior to that, she held senior roles in finance and technology strategic planning, information technology, e-commerce and operations in a range of companies including Grupo Pao de Acucar - Net Servios de Comunicao S.A. and the financial division of Grupo Silvio Santos.
