Onyx Signs New Amari in Pattaya

Onyx Hospitality Group has been appointed to manage an 135-room mixed-use development project in Pattaya under its mid to upscale Amari brand.

Construction will begin in 2012 and when it opens in late 2014, the property will feature 140 privately owned residential condominiums and 135 Amari-managed serviced apartments, all offering distinctive views of the Pattaya Bay.

Facilities will include an international restaurant, state-of-the-art gymnasium and outdoor swimming pool.

Onyx President and Chief Executive Officer, Peter Henley, said, “We are delighted that Nova Group, the owner of the Amari Residences Pattaya project, has entrusted us with the management of this key development. We have long enjoyed a successful partnership with the Nova group and currently manage three other Pattaya properties for them including Amari Nova Suites, Nova Platinum Hotel and Nova Gold Hotel. The hotel is located in South Pattaya next to the Royal Cliff and only five minutes away from Pattaya City or Jomtien Beach.
