Lyndon Phillips Appointed DOS Banyan Tree Residences and Laguna Property

Banyan Tree has appointed Mr Lyndon Phillips as Director of Sales of Banyan Tree Residences and Laguna Property.

In his new role, Lyndon will be responsible for property sales in Bangkok and Phuket in Thailand, as well as residence sales in Bintan, Indonesia. These properties come under Laguna Property and Banyan Tree Residences that is expanding globally, as well as Angsana Properties to be launched later this year – real estate arms under the group and its subsidiaries Laguna Resorts & Hotels Public Company Limited and Angsana Hotels & Resorts.

Lyndon’s sales portfolio with Laguna Property ranges from “Lofts at Laguna Village” to “Laguna Village Deluxe Residences”.

“Lofts at Laguna Village” offers one-to-three bedroom investment properties with guaranteed returns, while “Laguna Village Deluxe Residences” are five-bedroom resort-style homes.

Following a successful sales career in investment and financial products in the UK, Lyndon moved into the real estate sector before heading to Asia in 2005, specialising in international sales of high-end Phuket properties.

He was previously Director of Sales with Royal Phuket Marina and prior to this, International Sales Manager and Head of Real Estate with Engel & Völkers (Thailand) Estate.
