Tune Signs Second Hotel in London; Launches 2p Promotion

Tune Hotels has signed its second property in London.

The Tune Hotel Liverpool Street is scheduled to open on 4 January 2012, and is located on Folgate Street just a few moments walk from the City of London to the south, and the cosmopolitan areas of Spitalfields to the east and Shoreditch to the north.

The hotel has excellent transport links with Liverpool Street Station under 500 metres away.

With 183 en-suite bedrooms, the hotel will target the budget conscious traveller in a city famous for its expensive hotels.

As a limited service hotel, consumers can expect low-cost room that are focused on offering quality basics - comfortable beds, power showers, air conditioned rooms, central locations, a clean environment, and 24 hour security – with guests only paying extra for the facilities and services they use.

To celebrate its second hotel in London, the group is giving consumers the chance to stay at the new hotel from just 2 pence.

From 11-14 October 2011 the hotel group will release 1,000 room nights at the new Liverpool Street hotel for 2 pence (GBP 0.02).

Launching at 8am GMT on the 11th, Tune Hotels will make more room nights available each day until all 1,000 have been released by 14 October.

The 2 pence rooms will be available to book for stays on selected dates between 4 January and 27 May 2012.

Those who miss out need not worry, as Tune Hotels will also be offering a special launch offer of 25% discount off all bookings made at Tune Hotel Liverpool Street for stays between January 4 and 31 March 2012. Rooms start from just £35 a night, reduced to £26.25 with the discount. All consumers need to do is enter the following discount code MYPR11JLS on the Tune Hotels’ website, before 31 October, in order to receive their discount.
