eRevMax Acquires Lunar Logic Polska for Digital Development Growth

eRevMax International, owner of channel management technologies RateTiger and SimpleDistribution has acquired Lunar Logic Polska, a web and digital development services company.

Lunar Logic Polska's expertise in web development and internet applications will help eRevMax to expand RateTiger into offering development services to hotels and business partners.

eRevMax will now further deploy Lunar Logic Polska to offer customers tailored software solutions based on RateTiger technology platforms.

"We can now offer greater choice and enhance our industry connections for improved IT services. Following the success with the iPhone Application we are now developing tools that will support new technologies entering the booking space including Facebook and Twitter. Our new digital team will provide hotels with the complete 360 degrees of bookings (OTA, GDS, PMS, Digital Marketing) as well as ensure tools remain innovative to better service customers. We are offering truly tailored SaaS based solutions for the industry."

Lunar Logic Polska, founded in 2004, has rapidly become one of Poland's largest and most experienced Ruby on Rails development teams serving clients including web design agencies, web entrepreneurs, start-ups, multinational corporations and NGOs. The company has helped set best practice for development quality and client experience as part of the founding group for Krakow's first Agile Users Group and the Krakow Ruby Users Group. The company has designed tools including RubyTime, an open source simple time tracking system, and kanbanery, a project board tool for Scrum and Kanban teams as well as personal task management.

Paul Klipp, Founder President of Lunar Logic Polska and shareholder will continue to manage the Lunar Logic Polska team and expand the business. Last year the hospitality software specialist announced its acquisition strategy with Lunar Logic Polska being the second purchase following SimpleDistribution in summer 2009. eRevMax remains on an acquisition route exploring further opportunities for optimizing channel management technology to help hotels with distribution.

Lunar Logic Polska will become part of the eRevMax Group but will continue to operate as an independent entity. The terms of the transaction have not been made public and the existing Lunar Logic Polska team will remain in place.
