Movenpick Phuket launches Thai Resident Promotion

The Mövenpick Resort & Spa Karon Beach Phuket has launched promotional rates exclusively available to Thais and Thai residents. Rates start from 3,200 Baht nett for a Deluxe Garden View Room rising to 6,200 for a Penthouse Plunge Pool Villa.

The promotion is available until 31 October 2010. Rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and applicable government taxes and include daily breakfast. A Thai identity card and / or a valid Thai work permit are required upon check-in.

The Mövenpick Resort and Spa is located close to Karon Beach in Phuket. The hotel offers 159 suites and secluded villas which are equipped with sundecks and outdoor rain-forest showers, with most boasting their own plunge pools.

The main building offers 175 renovated rooms, most with views of the sea, featuring individual air-conditioning control, direct-dial phone/voicemail, high speed internet connection, satellite TV, hairdryer, minibar or mini-fridge, 24-hour room service, coffee and tea-making facilities, and a safe.
