The newly opened 5-star hotel Coral International Cape Town has entered into a strategic alliance with XL Travel Group. The tie-up is expected to generate extensive returns for Coral International while positioning it as a preferred hotel across the XL Travel Group network.

The XL Travel Group is located throughout South Africa, involving a total of 92 IATA Agencies, and has formed a partnership with RADIUS, a global Travel Management Organisation, with representation in over 70 countries and travel sales topping US $ 25 billion.

As part of the agreement, travel consultants from the XL Group will be invited to experience Coral International’s hospitality. Ms Jacqui Booyzen, General Manager of the hotel, said, “Coral is the first Gulf brand to open a hotel in Cape Town bringing their signature Arabian hospitality with world-class facilities. We are eager to welcome travel consultants to experience this amazing property. This will help them to provide clients with accurate and real feedback when booking on behalf of customers. We believe it will prove to be a decisive factor for customers as they increasingly look for trust and integrity in an industry where everybody claims to be the ‘Best’. XL Travel Group customers will get first-hand information based on real experience by travel agents.”

To top it all, customers booking through XL Travel Group will be entitled to preferential rates and terms at Coral International Cape Town. Ms Cindy Valentine, Director of Sales and Marketing, said, “We are looking to design a special offer for XL Group customers that will entitle them to a very special rate as well as exclusive privileges. Ultimately hospitality is all about service. We will be placing a dedicated sales manager for the XL Travel Group to service the needs of their clients.”
