Travel News Asia Latest Travel News Podcasts Videos Tuesday, 4 May 2010

CHI Residences is expanding its presence in Hong Kong with plans for a second new luxury property on Hong Kong island.

Conveniently located in Wanchai’s bustling nightlife and business district, Johnston Road, CHI Residences new complex will feature a swimming pool and landscaped gardens further complementing the stylish and contemporary design of 46 new apartments scheduled to open in early 2013.

The development consists of 12 studios, 20 one-bedroom, four 2-bedroom, and four top floor 2-bedroom duplex apartments, 2 of which have private access to roof gardens, ideal for families or groups.

Each apartment features beamless high ceiling environments, with floor to ceiling windows and an highly individual façade system that incorporates private projecting balconies, that adds to the overall appeal of the building’s exterior.

“The group is expanding rapidly to meet continuing, exceptional demand for high quality serviced apartment accommodation in Hong Kong,” said CHI Residences owner and operator, Pilar Morais, “As a booming business, entertainment and nightlife district which is also especially convenient to Admiralty and Central, Wanchai is a natural extension to our brand.”

Designed by architects KplusK associates, the 25-storey CHI complex is located a short stroll or tram ride from the central business districts of Admiralty and Central, across the street from the MTR station and just a few minutes by taxi from both the Airport Express to Hong Kong International Airport and Sheung Wan ferry connections to Macau and China.
