New Speakers Confirmed for ARC2011 in Macau

Stuart Benzal (United Airlines), John Garner (DFASS) and John Goodman (Ogilvy & Mather) have been confirmed as speakers at the Airline Retail Conference Asia-Pacific (ARC2011) on 11 – 12 January 2011 in Macau.

• Stuart Benzal is Head of Onboard Global Product at United Airlines. He will be one of two panelists looking at the importance of Creative Product Selection for Stronger Inflight Sales.

• John Garner is the Vice-President, Purchasing for concessionaire DFASS. He will head up a panel to discuss Increasing Revenues through Concessionaire-Brand Partnerships.

• John Goodman is a director of Ogilvy & Mather and President of OgilvyAction Asia-Pacific. He will join the panel considering How and Why Brands Need to Promote Inflight Retail.

They join an already impressive list of speakers taking part in the inaugural Macau event, including:

ARC2011 will take place on Tuesday 11th and Wednesday 12th January at the Grand Hyatt Macau.
