John Beresford Joins Marco Polo Wuhan as GM

Mr John Beresford has been appointed General Manager of the Marco Polo Wuhan, China.

Mr Beresford is an experienced hotel operator, and joins Marco Polo from InterContinental Hotels Group with whom he has had a long association over the past 12 years.

Mr Beresfords prior responsibility included overseeing properties in several different cities in China including Dandong, Shenyang and Wuhan. He was most recently General Manager of the Crowne Plaza West Hanoi.

Marco Polo Wuhan is ideally situated at the urban riverfront and is in close proximity to the business district area. The hotel is only 30 minutes drive to Wuhan airport.
