Aston signs 2-Star favehotel in Kuta, Bali

Aston has secured a management contract for a 2-star favehotel in Kuta, Bali.

The favehotel Kuta will be a 100-room hotel within walking distance to central Kuta and its many shopping and entertainment options making it an ideal value proposition for travelers seeking quality budget accommodations in the heart of Kuta.

To enhance the new favehotels attractiveness the hotel will also feature ample parking space and a trendy café shop.

Set to open in September of 2012, the favehotel Kuta is the 4th favehotel Aston has announced for Bali, with one in operation in Denpasar and two more in an advanced stages of construction in Legian and Seminyak.

Aston International’s Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Mr. Norbert Vas, said, “The demand for branded and international standard select service hotels in Bali is sheer endless and we are very confident that the new favehotel will become very popular and do extremely well. We do believe that there is room for more and are looking also into the possibility for a 150 room favehotel on Jalan Dianapura as well as sites on Jalan Dewi Sri, Sunset Road, Tuban and Singaraja. Besides Bali we are currently also developing a favehotel in Langkawi, Malaysia, two in Jakarta, two in Surabaya and others in destinations such as Solo, Solo Baru and Banjarmasin.”
