Cornelia Koebele joins Jumeirah Etihad Towers in Abu Dhabi as DOSM

Cornelia Koebele has been appointed as Director of Sales and Marketing of the Jumeirah Etihad Towers in Abu Dhabi, one year ahead of the hotels planned opening.

Cornelia Koebele has a significant track record in the hospitality sector having worked for Rosewood, Le Mridien and Hyatt in the past, as well representing Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) in her home country of Germany. She also worked as Director of Business Development and Marketing at Jumeirah Emirates Towers for four years under the leadership of Doris Greif, who is now General Manager of Jumeirah Etihad Towers in Abu Dhabi.

Jumeirah Etihad Towers is located on the shores of the Persian Gulf in the exclusive Khalidiya area, along Abu Dhabis Corniche.

The beachfront project will feature five towers, including a the Jumeirah Etihad Towers, a prestigious office tower with 46,000m of leasable office space and an observation deck with caf lounge, and three towers housing 890 apartments. The connecting Podium will feature 43 high end boutiques and four contemporary restaurants. The Arcade connecting Podium Levels 2 and 3 with the hotel will be the home of a lobby bar, the Grand Lobby, an all day dining restaurant and a Lebanese restaurant, all with panoramic sea views.

Jumeirah Etihad Towers is made up of 397 guest rooms and suites, 199 serviced residences and 13 restaurants, bars and lounges. The hotel also offers a 130m private beach, a Talise spa, pool, gymnasium and extensive conference centre with 13 meeting rooms and a grand ballroom.
