Travel News Asia Latest Travel News Podcasts Videos Tuesday, 27 April 2010

Hotel H2O and Amadeus have partnered to put into operation the Amadeus Property Management System (PMS), a hotel IT solution designed to account for hotel guests at every touch point.

The Amadeus PMS was developed to administer the seamless management of hotels’ room inventory, and audit customer relations as well as invoicing and billing. It features an inter-hotel communication capability for hotel chains, an email confirmation facility and a link to the Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS). The Amadeus PMS is also being utilized locally by Club Balai Isabel and Anvaya Cove, and is the primary property management system being taught at Enderun Colleges, Philippines.

Christopher Legaspi, General Manager of Hotel H2O, said, “We have conducted an extensive survey of the various hotel property management systems available in the market and have come to the conclusion that the Amadeus Property Management System (PMS) best meets Hotel H2O’s requirements. With the growing sophistication and demands of hotel guests, the Amadeus PMS will enable us to properly cater to their needs and provide them with the unique experience that only Hotel H2O can offer.”

Hotel H2O is owned and operated by China Oceanis Philippines, Inc. and is a member of the WORLDHOTELS Deluxe Collection.

Hotel H2O had its soft launch on 10 April 2010 and is located adjacent to the Manila Ocean Park in Luneta, Manila.
