AirAsia X launches Promotion

AirAsia X is offering guests its lowest Premium fares yet, with FlatBed seats to Kuala Lumpur starting from as little as A$419 one way.

AirAsia X's Premium FlatBed seats, which have standard business class specifications of 20” width, 60” pitch and stretch out to 77” in full recline position, feature universal power sockets, adjustable headrests and built-in personal utilities such as tray table, drink holder, reading light and privacy screen.

Premium fares from Perth to Kuala Lumpur start from A$419 one way, and Melbourne and the Gold Coast to Kuala Lumpur from A$599 one way.

One way Premium fares from the Malaysian capital to London (Stansted) start from A$995.

The booking period runs until 1 August 2010 for travel between 2 August 2010 and 15 November 2010.

Premium seat guests can enjoy premium complimentary products and services including Pick A Seat, Priority Check-in, Priority Boarding, Priority Baggage, Baggage Allowance, Combo Meal and Comfort Kit.

“We are constantly looking for ways to drive down fares and are pleased to offer our lowest fares yet on the brand new FlatBed seats,” AirAsia X Head of Commercial Darren Wright said.  “Both business and leisure travellers can now treat themselves to luxury and still get great savings.”

Economy long haul fares are also on sale, with one way flights between Perth and Kuala Lumpur starting from A$149, the Gold Coast and Kuala Lumpur from A$149 and Melbourne to Kuala Lumpur from A$269.

From Kuala Lumpur, guests can choose a range of onward destinations including Tianjin, Taipei and New Delhi from A$78; and Chengdu from A$137 one way.
