The programme this year is about putting the
Customer at the Centre of its Conversations. The theme of WIT 2010
is the C Spot, trading in on corporate vernacular that commences
with the letter C. WIT, famous for pitting camps against each
other, will again do so in fiery debates between for example,
industry practitioners versus tourism boards, schools of thought
between distributors versus brand owners, and customers versus
brands.
For entrepreneurs, the WITovation Bootcamp takes
place, featuring Morten Lund, co-founder of more than 50 high-tech
start-ups, most famously Skype and online stockbroker Zecco, who
knows a thing or two about the dark side and the bright side of
success as an entrepreneur. Lund will also deliver a keynote
speech at WIT.
