Asia’s leading travel distribution, marketing and technology conference, Web In Travel (WIT), returns from 19-22 October 2010, alongside ITB Asia.

A veritable who’s who of the industry is speaking at the conference. Brands represented include Expedia, TravelCLICK, comScore, wego, Zuji, hotels.com, NileGuide, and Agoda.

Major brands from hospitality, aviation and tourism are also represented. Some 400 delegates are expected to attend again this year, from more than 20 countries.

A WIT ticket gives you entry to:

• WITovation Entrepreneur Bootcamp - Oct 18, Singapore Management University (seating limited, first come first serve)
• WIT Conference & Expo - Oct 19-20, Ballroom 2, Suntec Convention Centre
• WIT Ideas Lab at ITB Asia - Oct 21-22, 9-11am, Ballroom 2, Suntec Convention Centre
• WIT Clinics at ITB Asia - Oct 21-22, 3-5pm, Level 6, ITB Asia Exhibition, Suntec Convention Centre
• All WIT social events (except those by invitation)
• ITB Asia - Oct 20-22, 11am-6pm, Level 6, Suntec Convention Centre
• All ITB Asia social events (except those by invitation)

The programme this year is about putting the Customer at the Centre of its Conversations. The theme of WIT 2010 is the C Spot, trading in on corporate vernacular that commences with the letter C. WIT, famous for pitting camps against each other, will again do so in fiery debates between for example, industry practitioners versus tourism boards, schools of thought between distributors versus brand owners, and customers versus brands.

For entrepreneurs, the WITovation Bootcamp takes place, featuring Morten Lund, co-founder of more than 50 high-tech start-ups, most famously Skype and online stockbroker Zecco, who knows a thing or two about the dark side and the bright side of success as an entrepreneur. Lund will also deliver a keynote speech at WIT.
