Rhombus Aims to Get Personal with R Touch

Travel News Asia Latest Travel News Podcasts Videos Thursday, 25 February 2010

Rhombus has launched what it calls the “R Touch” - a new and exclusive e-recognition program for selected VIP guests of the three Rhombus Hotels in Hong Kong.

Invited guests and VIPs are able to tailor their own style and preferences, providing information that translates into their own personal touch of home. Whether they require an extra pillow, prefer a specific newspaper, or would like to end the day with a cool beer, the new team of Guest Recognition Officers are on hand to make sure guests expectations are met, if not surpassed.

Hotel LKF by Rhombus has been offering the “R Touch” service since 15 January 2010. Starting from 1 March 2010, guests can get the service at Hotel Panorama by Rhombus and the Hotel Bonaparte by Rhombus.

Rhombus claims that “R Touch” is not only a pre-arrival registration system to minimize check-in times, but a complete “My Stay” experience.
