China Airlines launches Kaohsiung - Xiamen Flights

China Airlines and its subsidiary Mandarin Airlines have launched flights between Kaohsiung and Xiamen.

The service will be operated once per week using Airbus 330-300 aircraft equipped with 36 seats in business class and 277 seats in economy class.

To celebrate the new route, China Airlines is offering special Dynasty Package Tours including the "Xiamen Summer Fun Tour", "Xiamen Golf" and "Wonders of Xiamen's Mt. Wuyi" as well as cash discounts, extra mileage and additional baggage allowances for Dynasty members flying direct to explore Xiamen.

In addition to the new Kaohsiung-Xiamen service, China Airlines recently launched flights between Taipei's Songshan Airport and Shanghais Hongqiao Airport. CAL also plans to soon increase services from Taipei to Beijing, Taipei and Kaohsiung to Guangzhou, as well as Taipei and Kaohsiung to Shenzhen.
