Centara Maldives launches All-Inclusive Promotion

The Centara Grand Island Resort & Spa Maldives is offering a Holidays Escape in the Maldives fully inclusive package with rates beginning from US$479 net per room according to room type, and available until 30 June 2010.

Included in the price of the package are daily buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, afternoon tea and a children’s ice cream station, pre-dinner snacks, open bar service 11am to midnight including beers, wines, cocktails and mixers, use of specified non-motorised water sports equipment, and a once-per-week opportunity to dine at Lotus, the resort’s Thai restaurant or Azzuri Mare, the Italian restaurant.

Accommodation available under the package includes the Beach Suite at US$ 479, Deluxe Water Villa at US$ 555, Deluxe Water Villa Island Club at US$ 599, Deluxe Family Water Villa at US$ 599, Luxury Sunset Water Villa at US$ 635, Luxury Sunset Water Villa Island Club at US$ 675, and the Two-Bedroom Luxury Beach Front Pool Villa Island Club at US$ 1,035. All are charged at net rates.

Except for the Two-Bedroom Villa, occupancies are based on two persons with charges for an extra person joining at US$ 175 per adult and US$ 75 per child under 12 years old, plus additional government bed tax of US$ 8 net per person per day.

Roundtrip speedboat services from and to the airport are available daytime and nighttime at US$ 250 net per adult and US$ 125 net per child under 12 years old. Seaplane transfer services are chargeable at US$ 310 net per adult and US$ 155 net per child.

Centara Grand Island Resort & Spa Maldives is located at the South Ari Atoll in the Republic of Maldives.

Designed in a colonial style, with whitewashed timber accommodation and meandering boardwalks, the resort features a variety of dining options, pools, recreation activities, sports and fitness facilities, a bar and lounge with nightly entertainment, and its own spa village.

Some of the world’s best snorkelling and diving sites are within easy reach and there is a house reef complete with a dedicated sunken shipwreck.
