Karma CHI: Core Strength 17, 18 & 19 August 2010: Mix the pleasure of spa with the purification of yoga, and breathe during your vacation under the guidance of LA born yogi Joanna Cutri. Appropriate for the novice to the experienced yogi, Joannas program is revered for its quick toning of abs, butts and thighs. Running both communal and private classes, Joanna delivers vibrant sessions that focus on toning, strengthening and just being.

Soul & Shaman Healing Journey: 6 - 17 September 2010: This September, Karma welcomes two highly accomplished healers and spiritual guides whose combined experience covers areas as diverse as shamanism, shiatsu, dowsing, paranormal channeling, feng shui and astrology. Ellie Sand is one of Europe's most successful spiritual guides - a practicing shaman, channel medium and alchemical astrologer who authored the book The Human Ark. Mark Charlwood is a shiatsu master and also practices a wide range of other modalities, from homeopathy to reflexology to osteopathy. The duo will be in residence at Karma Kandara offering guests both private sessions and workshops

Zen Facial Retreat: 23, 24 & 25 October 2010: Experience three powerful days of pure facial rejuvenation, energy spa cuisine, daily yoga, and workshops under the guidance of Japanese-born "facialist to the stars" Fumi Yamamoto. Fumi is renowned for her holistic approach to beauty. She is qualified in Zen Shiatsu, Yoga, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Cranio-sacral and lymphatic drainage therapy. During the program Fumi will conduct a personal Zen Facial for each guest alongside facial diagnosis and daily yoga sessions. As well guests will take home techniques to help them continue their facial rejuvenation program and improve their energy levels. The Zen Facial will be complimented with daily spa therapies, collagen-boosting infrared saunas and energy spa cuisine.

Eat, Pray, Spa: 12-days of Balinese healers and masters 24 December 2010 - 4 January 2011: Seek an authentic experience whilst on the island of paradise. Bali is bountiful with healers and masters. Mix and mingle with Bali's finest inclusive of local masterful masseuses, tantric yoga experts, herbal healers, tarot readers and yoga experts.

On-going programs include the Karma Rejuvenation Day that starts with an infrared detox sauna session followed by a soak in the Himalayan crystal salt-water regeneration pool & energy smoothie. A one-hour deeply relaxing Intuitive Balinese massage is bestowed followed by a rejuvenating lunch at your leisure in a private facial performed with your choice of deluxe manicure or pedicure in the afternoon.

Complementing Karma's daily spa therapies, the recently launched Energy Cuisine menu is bountiful with antioxidant and omega-rich foods and health juices and tonics, fitness and yoga.

Karma Spa is an initiative of Karma Resorts group, which includes Karma Jimbaran and Karma Kandara in Bali as well as Karma Samui in Thailand.
