Bentours has appointed experienced travel professional Jeremy Hearst to the new role of Business Head. Jeremy brings strong industry knowledge and managerial skills to the position, working most recently as Senior Product Manager with Tempo Holidays having been with the company since 2006.

Based in Sydney, Jeremy will be responsible for developing and supporting the strategic direction of Bentours which specialises in quality tours and cruises in Scandinavia, Eastern Europe, Antarctica and South America.

Steve Reynolds, Chief Executive Officer for Bentours’ parent company Cox & Kings Australia, said Jeremy was a logical choice for the new role. “Bentours will benefit enormously from Jeremy’s vast knowledge, innovative ideas and strong people skills,’’ he said. “He has a proven track record for delivering outstanding results, most recently within the Tempo Holidays product department ... His ability to successfully manage relationships with suppliers, customers and fellow staff members is a big reason why he was the perfect fit for the Bentours role.’’

Bentours and Tempo Holidays are owned in Australia by Cox & Kings - one of the world’s longest-established travel businesses offering over 250 years of discovery.
