Jetstar to launch Singapore - Auckland Flights

The Jetstar Group is, subject to regulatory approval, to launch direct daily services between Singapore and Auckland from 17 March 2011.

The Singapore - Auckland flights will be operated by Jetstar Airways for Jetstar Asia.

Every day all-inclusive JetSaver Light fares from Singapore-Auckland will be available from Sin$448.

“Jetstar’s new Singapore-Auckland long-haul service offers our customers a gateway not only to Auckland but to the whole of the established Jetstar New Zealand domestic network with connecting flights from Auckland to Christchurch, Wellington and Queenstown allowing customers the option to experience the full range of activities New Zealand has to offer,” said Jetstar Asia/Valuair Chief Executive Officer, Ms Chong Phit Lian.

The new route will be serviced by the Group’s two-class A330-200 fleet, which is configured for 303 passengers (38 StarClass and 265 Economy).
