Health Food & Ingredients to be Held in Thailand in March

Asia’s first Health Food & Ingredients Thailand 2011 (HFIT) will be held in Thailand 10 - 13 March 2011 at Hall 9 of IMPACT Muang Thong Thani. More than 700 booths have already been reserved by exhibitors.

“We are proud to be a part of the Asia’s first international exhibition and conference on health food, food ingredient and food additive – to be held in Thailand. It’s also a good opportunity for Thai food and ingredients to be known to the world,” said Mr Paul Kanjanapas, managing director of IMPACT Exhibition Management Co Ltd.

HFIT attracts professionals in the health food industry including academics and food makers and stylists.

A conference on Thai food will be held where culinary academics nationwide will gather to discuss and invent new products for the Thai food industry to meet the world’s demand. Exhibitors include health food, organic ingredients, food supplement, fruit and vegetable products, and food ingredients. Countless health food products and food ingredients from manufacturers in the food industry will be featured in more than 700 booths covering more than 10,000sqm of Hall 9 at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani.

Facilities that will be provided for delegates include a 30-seat shuttle bus between Government Complex on Chaengwattana Road to the exhibition venue, the soon-to-open four-star IMPACT hotel managed by Novotel featuring 380 guestrooms, and new parking building catering to 3,000 cars.
