Winnie Low joins Orchard Hotel Singapore as EAM

 Ms Winnie Low has been appointed as the new Executive Assistant Manager of the 653-room Orchard Hotel Singapore.

In her new capacity, Winnie will assist the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the operations of the hotel as well as focusing on its food & beverage management.

Winnie has a wealth of international experience that spans more than 20 years, with extensive knowledge in the areas of Operations, F&B and Convention Management. She is also no stranger to the Hotel or to Singapore as she has been with Millennium & Copthorne Group from 1999 to 2006 as well as being part of the opening team for The Ritz-Carlton Millennia Singapore in 1996, working in a series of F&B positions.

 Prior to assuming her present position, she spent four years in China, taking on management positions with various international hotel chains like InterContinental Hotels Group and Shangri-La Hotel Dalian, China.

Winnie’s leadership and attention to details has won her numerous individual awards. During the Summer Davos 2007 by World Economic Forum, Winnie received the Honorary Credential Award from Dalian Government in recognition for her outstanding performance.
