Travelport has launched the latest version of its intuitive mid/back office solution - CrossCheck Travel Enterprise (CCTE).

CCTE provides travel agents in Australia and New Zealand with a seamless booking process incorporating a multitude of functions undertaken in the mid/back office from accounting and financial reporting through to itineraries, bookings and customer relationship management (CRM). CCTE integrates into Travelport’s GDS product suite and provides a complete, end-to-end booking workflow. Established Travelport customers, Harvey World Travel and Webjet, have already signed up for the newest version.

The new version delivers enhanced functionality and provides a number of new features including updates to Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliancy, efficient email functionality that enables CCTE documents to be sent in word or PDF format to multiple recipients, and improved documentation delivering a more professional and consistent layout.

“Improving workflow and driving efficiencies in areas such as accounting and reporting has been integral in the development of CCTE. We have identified further ways to assist travel agencies in maximising revenues by saving time in completing many of the mid/back office tasks. We have eliminated the need for agency owners to install multiple systems to undertake key functions such as accounting, CRM and invoicing,” said Linda Kelly-Smith, Travelport’s Product Manager for Mid and Back Office Systems in the APAC region.

More than 950 travel agencies currently use a version of Travelport’s CrossCheck Travel. Existing clients will be trained on the new version of CCTE through scheduled Webex sessions while new users will be educated on the software through face to face and online courses.
