Air New Zealand Increase New Plymouth and Palmerston North Services

Air New Zealand is to increase the number of flights between New Plymouth and Auckland from October, and is also increasing the number of flights between Palmerston North and Auckland during the evening peak travel time.

On the New Plymouth - Auckland route, Air New Zealand will add an additional return service each weekday, increasing the airline's total seat capacity on this route by 5%.

These additional services will be operated by Q300 and Beech 1900D aircraft. They are on sale now for travel from 11 October 2010. Smart Saver fares between New Plymouth and Auckland are available from $70 one way.

Passengers on the Palmerston North - Auckland route will benefit from an additional return service each weekday evening between 5.30pm and 8.30pm, increasing the airlines total seat capacity on this route by nearly 8%.

These additional Palmerston North services will be operated by Q300 aircraft and are on sale now for travel from 24 September. Smart Saver fares between Palmerston North and Auckland are available from $80 one way.
