Hertz launches All Inclusive Rate for Car Rentals in USA

Travellers to the USA can now enjoy greater peace of mind with the introduction by Hertz of a new one-stop pay direct car rental product which includes the liability insurance supplement (LIS) that was previously a separate charge.

 As well as liability insurance, the new Affordable All Inclusive rate incorporates all of the standard inclusions such as unlimited mileage, loss damage waiver and taxes, fees and surcharges associated with renting a Hertz vehicle in the USA.

“This product is designed to simplify pricing and maximise peace of mind for Hertz customers by providing a single rate to cover not only car rental but also a range of other features, including this additional cover,” said Jacqueline Lehmann, Region Vice President and Managing Director for Hertz Australia. “With the Affordable All Inclusive rate, the liability insurance supplement is the primary protection, providing the first US$1 million of coverage for combined personal injury and / or property damage for each occurrence, provided customers comply with insurance conditions ... Customers choosing this product can simply drive away safe in the knowledge that in the event of vehicle damage they are covered and their liability will be minimised.”

Travellers can book the Affordable All Inclusive rates before departing and pay on arrival in the USA.
