Meeting and Incentive Forums (M&I Forums), a trade show that brings together meetings and incentives buyers and suppliers from around the world, have doubled the size of their USA Forum due to increased demand.

Previously held over two days, the USA M&I Forum will now take place over four days with over 2,500 one-to-one prescheduled meetings occurring between 50 suppliers from the US, Europe and the Caribbean and over 100 buyers from the US and Canada.

Buyers will attend the event for two days, depending on their preferred dates and suppliers will attend for the four day duration of the event.

A variety of high profile buyers will be attending the event with a mix of corporate, agencies, associations and independent buyers all with confirmed budgets to spend on both domestic and international business such as Diageo, Booz Allen Hamilton and Publicis Meetings. A range of suppliers will also attend consisting of hotels, hotel groups, DMC’s, conference bureaus and conference centres including Beverly Hills Hilton, Las Vegas CVB and Royal Caribbean Incentives.

Richard Barnes, managing director of M&I Forums, said, “M&I Forums have enjoyed continued success despite the economic pressure on the MICE market, with all events now taking place over four days to satisfy the increased demand. The Forums provide valuable return on investment as both buyers and suppliers become more aware of the importance of face-to-face meetings to confirm business. The extension of the USA forum will result in a more effective event for both parties combined with structured networking opportunities including lunches, dinners, cocktail receptions and team-building activities.”

The USA Meeting & Incentive Forum will take place from 19-23 September at The Breakers, Palm Beach, Florida.
