International SOS Appoints Cindy Cheng as GM Hong Kong and Macau

International SOS, an international healthcare, medical assistance and security services company, has appointed Cindy Cheng as its General Manager, Hong Kong and Macau. She will report directly to Philippe Huinck, Regional Managing Director, South and South East Asia.

Ms. Cheng will be responsible for International SOS' daily operations, streamlining business processes, facilitating cooperation between departments and acting as direct liaison between clients and markets.

"Cindy joins International SOS at a time when the company is gearing up following significant growth in the corporate sector and when a greater emphasis is being placed on cross-border collaborations," said Mr. Huinck. "As International SOS enters into a new development phase, Cindy will be at the forefront of spearheading the implementation of new strategies as we grow the business further. International SOS is committed to supporting our corporate clients, and helping them manage the health and safety of their travelers and expatriates around the world, 24 hours a day."

Prior to joining International SOS, Cindy worked as one of the software brand executives for the IBM Greater China Software Group. She also served as Hong Kong Country Manager for Cognos prior to IBM's acquisition.
