Paresa Resort in Kamala Phuket launches Promotion

Travel News Asia Latest Travel News Podcasts Videos Tuesday, 15 June 2010

The Paresa Resort, perched on the cliff tops of Kamala in Phuket, has launched a promotion to celebrate its official opening.

Until the end of August 2010, guests booking any Paresa pool suite or pool villa at the best available rate will also receive a selection of treats.

Enjoy daily American breakfast for two at the atmospheric Diavolo restaurant and unlimited access to the gym, sauna and pool, capped off with a daily selection of canapés and tropical fruits in-room for pure Paresa indulgence.

Complimentary Wi-Fi connection in-room and at public areas, plus daily shuttle service to Kamala beach allows guests to explore beyond the resort oasis should they wish to do so.

Stay a minimum of three consecutive night and Paresa will also offer one-way airport transfer and guaranteed late check out at 4p.m. Rates start from THB13,623 plus applicable service and taxes for the Talay Suite.

All rooms at Paresa feature super king size beds dressed in white linens, feather pillows and duvets, while private exterior verandahs are made all the more enticing and relaxing with daybeds or sun lounges. For those desiring contact with the outside world, Wi-Fi internet access is provided, while the In Villa Bar, espresso machine, LCD TV, DVD player, iPod and sound station cater to every mood and desired form of entertainment.

Diavolo (The Devil) restaurant features dramatic fire red walls and black floors, a devilish play on the name. The restaurant’s spacious open-plan design offers unimpeded views across the ocean. Embellished with elegant Italian furnishings, Diavolo also showcases its exterior of rough-textured timber furnishings, enticing patrons to indulge in the many delicacies served.

Talung Thai, Paresa’s signature restaurant, serves authentic Thai cuisine in a light, airy, modern setting and offers a menu of the most popular dishes from around the Kingdom. Situated high on the cliff top, this al fresco restaurant is shaded by the canopies of majestic Banyan trees preserved for posterity and offers the perfect venue from which to enjoy the magnificent nightly sunsets across the Andaman Sea.

The Infinity Experience at Paresa is the ultimate in alfresco dining. Seated on “private islands” positioned within the shallow waters of the fibre optic lit infinity pool, mimicking the magnificence of the Milky Way in the night sky above, guests dine under the stars, accompanied by the soothing sounds of the waves below.

The Thai-inspired Paresa Spa consists of five treatment rooms, each featuring interior Italian terrazzo wall tiles in the traditional ochre clay colour of Phuket’s natural soils. Three treatment rooms also feature en-suite private steam rooms.

The promotion is valid until 20 August 2010. Terms and conditions apply.
