Travel News Asia Latest Travel News Podcasts Videos Monday, 15 February 2010

Last week, Six Senses Spas ceased its management of the Six Senses Spa at Heritage Le Telfair in Mauritius. Six Senses Spas has managed and operated the spa since November 2004.

Heritage Le Telfair has taken over the management and running of the Le Telfair Spa itself.

Set in lush tropical gardens and surrounded by water features, the spa offers an extensive range of time-honoured holistic therapies with contemporary cutting-edge treatments to cleanse and rejuvenate. Located in the south west of Mauritius, it is just 35 kilometers from the airport and 40 kilometers from the country's capital, Port Louis.

Two water-encapsulated outdoor gazebos, each featuring a double mineral shower and oversized tub, are ideal for a romantic flower bath for two, while the Spa Suite - complete with couples therapy area, double bath and private pool - is a perfect place to experience a memorable spa journey.

There are saunas, Turkish hammams and six indoor therapy areas each with their own relaxing gardens. The hair salon offers a wide menu of up to date treatments and services to ensure the senses are revived.
