EgyptAir to Offer Inflight Mobile and Internet Services

When EgyptAir takes delivery of its new Airbus A330-300 during the last week of August, the airline will be able to offer passengers  mobile and internet services.

The Airbus 330-300 provides many modern technologies such as wireless internet and personal mobile usage on board, besides using the GSM, SMS and GPRS services. The passengers flying onboard the new A330-300 will be able to make phone calls through their mobile phones with the same international call rates of their service providers, in addition to the ability to send SMS and using the mobile internet services. Moreover, the customers will enjoy using the Wi-Fi service throughout their flight.

This new A330-300 accommodates 301 seats, of which 36 are in business class and 265 in economy class.

Business class customers will be able to Lay Flat Beds, or indulge themselves in hundreds of entertainment options with the personal entertainment system screened on the 15.4 LCDs. They can also recharge their personal devices while relaxing on their seats.

The economy class seats on the aircraft also provide wider seats with a personal entertainment system and the ability to recharge personal devices in their seats.
