Four Seasons Bangkok to Host Truffle Dinner with Frescobaldi and Fontafredda Wines

Biscotti, the stylish Italian restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok is to host another wine connoisseur dinner event at its restaurant in conjunction with Frescobaldi and Fontafredda wines and Central Food Retail Company Ltd., the distributor of the said wines in Thailand.

The gourmet dinner will take place on Friday, 26 November 2010 at Baht 5,900++ per person with a pre-dinner drinks and canapes at 7:00 pm.

Biscotti’s own Chef Danilo Aiassa and his team will create a special a 4-course Truffle menu to match the wines which consists of sumptuous dishes such as Hazelnut Crust Dover Sole Roll with Black Truffles, Polenta Morbidella with Black Cabbage; White Truffle Risotto with Scallops, Sauteed Jerusalem Artichokes; Arbequina & Fennel Sherbet, Almond Milk Truffles Emulsion; Lamb Rack with Black Truffle Sautéed Morel’s Mushrooms, Cauliflower Tortino and Lamb Jus and Deconstructed Pear Zuccotto Giandjuja Dust for dessert.

Wines to be featured are: Marchesi Di Frescobaldi Albizzia Chardonnay IGT Toscana 2008, Fontanafredda Gavi di Gavi 2008, Marchesi Di Frescobaldi Castello di Pomino Chardonnay Pinot Blanc 2008, Fontanafredda Barbera d Alba Raimonda 2007, Marchesi Di Frescobaldi Castello di Nipponzano Chianti Riserva 2006, Fontafredda Barolo Serralunga D Alba 2003, Marchesi di Frescobaldi Castel Giocondo Brunello di Montalcino and Fontafredda Moscato Dasti.
