India’s Jet Airways has launched a secure and user friendly mobile site: m.jetairways.com

The mobile site is designed to provide guests access to a range of information and services on Jet Airways including information on the network, call centre contact details, Jet Privilege programme benefits and privileges as well as the latest news and special offers.

Travellers can also check for the lowest fares available for a given sector and date through the mobile site. The search facility is available for both one-way and return journey across all Jet Airways and codeshare flights.

If someone wants to book the flight searched for, there is a call option on the mobile site which facilitates the user to instantly connect to the call centre and book tickets through the secure IVR payment gateway.

Visitors can also access other real-time important services such as flight status and Jet Privilege account details. Jet Privilege members can also check-in through the mobile site and earn 250 bonus JP Miles.

Mr. Nikos Kardassis, CEO, Jet Airways, said, “Mobile penetration in India is constantly growing, with more and more people now accessing information and browsing the web via their mobile phones. The launch of Jet Airways’ new mobile site is in keeping with our tradition of constantly innovating and harnessing the power of technology to make life simpler, while continually adding value to our relationships with our guests.”
