Rest Detail Hotel Hua Hin launches Meetings Promotion

[HD videos below] The Rest Detail Hotel in Hua Hin, Thailand, has launched an Inspired Meeting Package available for both full, or half day meetings. The Full Day Inspired Meeting Package costs Baht 1,950++ per person/day (US$ 65++) with a minimum of 10 people and includes:

- Complimentary use of one meeting room from 08:00 – 17:00 hrs
- 24 hours high speed broadband wireless internet access
- LCD projector
- Latest state-of-art Audio / Visual equipment
- Microphones
- DVD Player
- Whiteboard
- Flipchart
- Mineral water Perrier + Evian
- Free Flow Snack Bar (Hershey, Toblerone, KitKat, Mixed nuts, Potato Chips)
- Free Flow Fresh Fruit (Apples, Oranges, Banana)
- Free Flow Cappuccino, Espresso, Tea and Juice
- Two coffee breaks and one lunch
- The use of “Nintendo Wii” during the coffee breaks

The Half Day Inspired Meeting package  costs Baht 1,650++ per person/day (US$ 55++) with a minimum of 10 persons and includes:

- Complimentary use of one meeting room from 08:00–12:00 hrs or 13:00–17:00 hrs
- Morning or afternoon coffee break and one lunch
- Rest of inclusions same as for Full Day Inspired Meeting Package above

A 60 minute yoga class can be incorporated into either program before of after the meeting for just US$10 per person (Baht 300 per person). Alternatively a 20-minute tension release massage is available for US$15 or Baht 450 per person during breaks. Prices are subject to 10% service charge and 7% government tax.

Room rates start from US$ 135++ or Baht 4,100++ per room per night and are subject to 10% service charge and 7% government tax.

The Rest Detail Hotel comprises 56 luxurious rooms and suites, ranging from one to four bedrooms.

In addition to the standard bath robe, the hotel provides unique outfits for relaxing around the hotel’s grounds, whether beachside, poolside, the spa or restaurants. A tunic, fisherman’s pants and flip flops are provided, as well as ipods being available and a docking station in each room or villa.

Rest Detail Hotel provides a range of activities to enable guests to enjoy the outdoors, including beach volleyball, yoga by the sea, water aerobics, or a walk through their unique hydroponic garden. A hotel shuttle bus - for which Rest Detail charges 50 Baht per person - is available for those that wish to visit the centre of Hua Hin to do a little shopping, eat out or perhaps visit the famous night market.
