Hogg Robinson Group, a corporate travel services company, has consolidated its relationship with Ericsson, a leading provider of telecommunications equipment.

The two companies have signed a global agreement for a five year term under which HRG will provide travel management services for Ericsson in AsPac, Ghana, the Nordics, South Africa and the UK.

Matthew Pancaldi, HRG's Director of Sales commented: "We have worked with Ericsson for over 30 years. Our first contract together was signed in 1975 and since then, we have built a strong relationship that delivers value, expertise and tangible benefit. Our new contract is a consolidation of our many years of shared experience. We will continue to deliver exceptional product together with our expert, personal service to ensure all of Ericsson's corporate travellers in our markets receive excellence without compromise. The commercial return we work with Ericsson to achieve is a given and will continue."

HRG will provide both a classic and online service. Technology and data are key components of the long-standing shared success of the Ericsson/HRG partnership. Ericsson will use HRG Online in the UK. The tool, developed in-house by the HRG technology team, flexible and easily modified to suit individual need, has been fully customised for Ericsson. It includes Ericsson's own negotiated rates, travel policy, compliance standards and comprehensive reporting options, delivering data that ensures Ericsson maximise their travel budget. HRG will also provide consulting services to support global sourcing and supplier management.
