Absolute Signs U Hotel in Goa

Absolute Hotel Services India has signed a technical services and management contract with Swift Boutique Hotels for a resort in Goa, India.

The resort, which will be managed under the U Hotels & Resorts brand, is scheduled to re-open in the second quarter of 2011. The property, previously called Co Co Domar, is currently closed for major renovation.

Located on Candolim Beach in the north of Goa near the town, the 21-room resort will offer eight rooms with outdoor Jacuzzi and private gardens located on the ground floor, eight rooms with balcony on the first floor, two suites with private plunge pool and open sunbathing terraces and three villas with private plunge pool and spa area.

Facilities at the resort include a bar, restaurant, gym and a library.
