Kuoni Connect, the unit of Kuoni Destination Management specialised in online distribution, has entered into a partnership with Travelport, one of the worlds leading global distribution system providers.

Kuoni Connects over 15,000 2 to 5-star hotels in more than 1 800 destinations in Europe, Middle East, India, Asia, Africa and North America will become bookable through Travelport Leisure, Travelports new one-stop leisure portal for travel agents. Additionally, Kuoni Connects full range of destination services such as sightseeing tours, transfers, excursions, packages, and concierge services will become available on the new portal in the course of 2010.

Travelport Leisure, the upgraded version of its former Galileo Leisure portal, is being rolled out globally this month. Usage will be free of charge for all travel agents, even if they have not subscribed to a global distribution system (GDS) operated by Travelport.
