yoo Partners Absolute for Phuket Development

yoo, an international branding and design consultancy has partnered with property company, Absolute Developments, to create and build yooPhuket, a mixed-use deluxe retreat on the Thai island of Phuket. The properties, launching this November, is scheduled for completed and occupation in 2011.

Designed by the yoo design studio, the development will feature 256 stylish apartments and penthouses. First class amenities include stepped infinity swimming pools, poolside cabanas, outdoor fireplaces with palm-lined relaxation areas, and a yoga and wellbeing spa.

Situated at a lakeside location, the development boasts three world class golf courses on its doorstep (along with the use of professionally acclaimed Calloway golf clubs), with sailing, watersports, diving and the sun-kissed Patong beach around 15 minutes away.

The apartments all boast floor-to-ceiling windows, ultra-modern kitchens with integrated appliances and state-of-the-art home technology.

yooPhuket is offering outright freehold foreign ownership starting at just €58,000 (Sin$119,000), for a fully furnished studio. Fractional ownership is also available through Absolute’s quartershare co-ownership scheme with prices starting from €23,800 (Sin$50,000).

As part of the many services available, yooPhuket residents have the use of a 31 foot speed boat, including a captain and hostess, at the local beach for three days each week. The development will also include a fine dining poolside restaurant which offers exclusive in-room dining, a fully equipped business centre, and a 24 hour concierge service.
