Legaspi joins Hotel H2O in Manila as Director of Sales and Marketing

The Hotel H2O in Manila has appointed Christopher John Legaspi as Director, Sales and Marketing.

Mr. Legaspi will be responsible for the 147 room and suite hotel, and is in charge of the strategy and operational achievement of all Hotel H2O sales and marketing objectives.

With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Mr. Legaspi has spent a significant part of his career in the Asia Pacific region, helping major hospitality brands forge and maintain their presence in this area of the world.

Christopher is a graduate of Sophia University in Tokyo, Japan. Before joining Hotel H2O, Mr. Legaspi
worked with international luxury hotels and resorts, such as Conrad Bangkok and Le Meridien Phuket
Beach Resort. Amongst the hotels he has worked with, Mr. Legaspi’s portfolio includes the successful
openings of Oakwood Premier (currently Ascott Makati), Hotel Céleste, and Hyatt Hotel and Casino
Manila.

Welcoming him to the group, Van Kam Weng, Chief Operating Officer of China Oceanis Philippines,
owning company of Hotel H2O said, “Christopher’s dynamism and flair makes him a valuable asset to
the company, and will be vital in facilitating the launch of our latest venture, as well as the development of our brand and business goals.”

The 147-room urban resort will be renowned for
its unique aquarium-themed rooms and suites with stunning panoramic views over Manila Bay when it
opens in the third quarter of 2009.
