Aston Opens Condotel in Tuban, Bali

Aston has opened the 4 star Aston Kuta Hotel & Residence. The new-build Aston Kuta is the group's eighth property in Bali and one of the first 4-star Condotels in Kuta.

Offering a mix of 209 guest rooms, family rooms and serviced resort condominiums, the Aston Kuta is located on Jalan Wana Segara in Kuta’s Tuban area just off Tuban Beach.

Located to the south of Kuta Beach, Tuban Beach is more tranquil and secluded than its northern neighbor and has recently been upgraded with massive sand fills and the construction of a breakwater making it one of the widest sand beaches in Bali.

Aston Kuta features extensive resort facilities such as 5 meeting rooms, a roof top bar and lounge with Indian Ocean views, an eclectic café-restaurant, lobby bar and kids club.

Recreation facilities include a large outdoor pool, children’s pool, gymnasium and a full service spa.

Aston also plans to open two more Condotels in Kuta this year and has signed agreements to develop several sites in Kuta and Legian with premium select service hotels under the group’s affordable lifestyle 3 star “Quest Hotel” brand and the 2 star “favehotel” label.

The group’s luxury division is also developing 3 new high end boutique villa resorts in Nusa Dua, the Bukit Peninsula and Ubud.
